OUT100 Celebration Event
When it's time to celebrate a community's most positive and inspirational leaders of the year, no one does it more lavishly then the LGBTQ of America. xLab in partnership with P.R. US Open - AAKD Launch Weekend
xLab Productions in partner with Michael Fiur of FIUR Productions - the executive producer of the US Open since 2001, as well as the NFL Super Bowl Halftime Show and more, delivered and executed a seamless production of the highest caliber for FIUR’s client, The United States Tennis Association (USTA). With over 30,000 festival attendees for the annual Arthur Ashe Kids Day, backed by the new 600 million dollar overhaul to the Billy Jean King National Tennis Center and surrounding grounds, perfection is the only answer. Congrats to the 2018 US Open Champions and Michael Fiur and team for yet another phenomenal year!
Empire Season Launch Celebration
There's something to be said about producing the largest event on record at the top of the iconic One World Trade tower. FOX's hottest music shows, Empire and Star revolve around iconic power, relentless perseverance, and overcoming adversity as a unit. What better historic place to celebrate their success and new season launches than 102 stories above America's symbol of strength and power; The Freedom Tower. Star Wars U.S. East Launch Event
A motion picture is a storytelling medium that people connect with on many levels. In a galaxy not so far away, we transcended the light and dark motif of the Star Wars series by bringing to life an epic experience for the film studio U.S. east launch. We did it by showcasing NYC's finest graffiti and performance artists for an entertainment program worthy of The Force that ultimately become the first ever music video for the film. Star Wars Worldwide Launch Event
The worlds of tech and entertainment collided in the renowned 60,000 square ft Surrender Nightclub in Wynn Las Vegas. HP and Intel's role in the making of Star Wars - The Force Awakens, was all the reason to go above and beyond for this global launch event. NYC Pride Island Festival
One of the greatest times of the year for New York City and it's amazingly unapologetic LGBTQ community is Pride Week in June. People fly in from all over the world for this waterfront festival on Pier 26 in TriBeCa to culminate the end of NYC Pride with a mega concert and firework show. xLab in partnership with Fusion Radio brought to the grounds, some of the community's most influential personalities to share story and meet the people. Panorama Music Festival Interactive Tech Dome
New York City's Panorama Music Festival on Randall's Island is the perfect summer harmony between music, art, and technology. Our team, in partnership with The Firm Event Design and HP, developed an immersive dome environment for all festival-goers to actively engage the industry's latest tech as it collides with art. Funky disco sounds bounced off the inner walls of this acoustically tuned structure to give that perfect summer music vibe.
International HP Discovery Convention
xLab in partnership with Porter Novelli and GMR Marketing brought the world's HP / Intel community together in Frankfurt, Germany to celebrate the year's line of product launches. A three part convention series concluded with an xLab produced wrap party in downtown Frankfurt.
Whiskey Tango Foxtrot Premier Event
Tina Fey nails it in Paramount Pictures' flick Whiskey Tango Foxtrot. Our team partnered with The Firm Event Design brought this story to life in this over the top Hollywood style production.
Fences Premier Event
